Manage the rate of growth to avoid undue financial burden on current residents.
Maintain and expand high quality public services and address public utility extension and traffic needs.
Support District 200 in its efforts to provide quality education to an increasing student population.
Support quality community parks, recreational facilities, and programming opportunities for all residents.
Uphold historic preservation and protect the environment.
Manage the financial resources of local government in a fiscally sound and efficient manner.
Foster cooperation and open communication in every aspect of community development.

. . .with successful retail corridors on Routes 14 and 47, continued commercial development and an expanded industrial corridor on Highway 120 and Lamb Road.

. . .with a stable tax base that is sustained by balanced residential, retail and industrial development

. . .that encourages infill, as well as growth in areas designated for development in the comprehensive plan.

. . .that regularly celebrates its historic past, as well as its artistic, creative and cultural diversity.

. . .with a fully developed and implemented transportation plan for Route 47.
